Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy | Shop Wear Inspire
If you’re unhappy with what you’ve ordered for any reason, and would like to return the item, you may do so for store credit within 7 days of when you received your product. All items are otherwise non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
1 – Email us at email@example.com to let us know what you’re unhappy with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
2 – Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We’ll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
3 – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or colour, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond within 24 business hours with further instructions.
To cancel an order, please let us know within 18 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Shop Wear Inspire does not take responsibility for possible fees.
